A bright, modern and energy efficient home to call your own. We’re building thirty homes all homes are being designed to Passivehouse (PHIUS) standard.

Homes at Treehouse Village will be sold to members of the development project once they are built and ready to move in. Treehouse Village Ecohousing will use the legal structure of a condominium. You’ll own your own home plus a share of the common amenities, pay a share of the cost of upkeep (a condo fee) and participate in decision making in the community.

Five home types to suit your needs

There are five different home types available at Treehouse Village to accommodate various household sizes and needs. Each home type is named after a tree that can be found on our land. We have two types of 1-bedroom, two types of 2-bedroom, as well as a 3-bedroom homes.
