The Common House
The heart of our community, the 4,000 square foot, 3-storey Common House is where neighbours gather for meals, meetings, celebrations, movie nights and other activities. It includes:
- A large dining hall and commercial-grade kitchen
- A cozy lounge and children’s play area
- Guest rooms for visitors
- Library and co-working space
- Laundry facilities and multi-purpose rooms for clubs, yoga, and more
The Common Green
Our central green space is a place to relax, play, and connect outdoors. It’s a safe, car-free zone where children can roam freely, gardens thrive, and neighbours gather for bonfires, concerts, and games.
Workshop & Tool Library
For DIY projects, repairs, and creative work, our shared workshop and tool library mean you don’t have to own everything yourself. From drills to garden tools, residents share resources and skills.
