The heart of our cohousing community is the Common House, your extended living room. Treehouse Villagers share ownership of 5000 sq.ft. of high-quality indoor space, including the 4000 sq.ft. Common House.
We’ve taken less frequently used spaces from our homes and said, “it makes sense to share these” — and built them into the Common House and the 1000 sq.ft. workshop. By pooling our resources and sharing more with our neighbours, we’re able to make these spaces all the more special.
Whether it’s cooking a community meal in the kitchen, meeting the book club in the library, or working out in the gym, there’s something for everyone. The Common House is owned by the community, so we decide together how it is operated and maintained.
