Treehouse Village Ecohousing is operated as an owner owned and operated condominium corporation. Each home comes with access to high quality indoor shared amenities and plenty of outdoor space, including a 10-acre forest for your backyard. Homes are designed using universal design principles and can be made fully accessible.

Buying a home
Homes at Treehouse Village will be sold to members of the development project once they are built and ready to move in. Treehouse Village Ecohousing will use the legal structure of a condominium. You’ll own your own home plus a share of the common amenities. You’ll also pay a share of the cost of upkeep (a condo fee) and participate in decision making in the community.
